The Art of Seduction by George Dubya Bush [The Remix]

As president Bush wraps up talks in Egypt, the facts and figures are beginning to shed light on the real reasons of Bush’s visit to the Middle East: Fear and Arms Sales.

The fear of war and instability, geopolitics, uncertainty, have given Bush a perfect platform to sell $20 Billion worth of arms. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates answered the door when Bush came knocking. They have bought into the Fear.

Missile defence, precision guided bombs and all kinds off advanced weaponry were all on sale, and all were bought. Another attempt to shift the balance of power in the Middle East by the Americans. Curtailed by the idiocy of the claims that Iranian speed boats provoked 500 foot long warships, equipped with massive machine guns and incredibly destructive missiles.

Oh yeah, it was reported that Israel was given a promise by Washington to increase ‘military’ ‘assistance‘ over the next ten years by some ridiculous percentage like 25. That’s the way it goes.

Simultaneously, China have reiterated concerns of theirs about the American sales of arms to Taiwan. This iteration was coupled with the request, by China, to the US, to severe ties with Taiwan. To some, the military build-up suggests that Taiwan is moving closer toward a bid at a UN membership and further independence from mainland China.

Ron Paul and Barack Obama targeted in New Hampshire rigging

The Italians are, at this moment, reporting election rigging in America; specifically, New Hampshire. Michael Carmichael, of Planetary Movement, used the headline, It wasn’t a miracle - Hillary won via a rigged vote and recalls how New Hampshire received ‘a massive amount of negative publicity’ after the scandalous 2000 presidential elections.

Il Giornale have argued that Ron Paul in fact finished third among GOP candidates, and not fifth, as the computerized voting system revealed. Barack Obama was also mentioned by Il Giornale as a target for this round of election rigging.

As it has been pointed out many times before, the US is not the foremost authority on election security. America is ripe with political corruption and with so many backs to scratch after each political win, it’s no wonder.

The Art of Seduction by George Dubya Bush

President Bush is once again seducing the American people with the Fear and seducing Middle East nations with security guarantees. Can’t say that this is surprising considering the culture of fear that the war on terror has helped to exploit.

The American people have been conditioned throughout the Cold War to fear an enemy. The Military-Industrial-Complex has benefited largely from the Fear. Nations of the Middle East have been conditioned throughout the Cold War to seek out security guarantees. Again, the Military-Industrial-Complex has benefited largely.

So now president Bush is creating the Fear in America through all the ordinary media channels and pledging to nations of the Middle East that America will protect its allies and interests.

One concern is whether or not president Bush is seducing Americans and Middle Easterners alike in preparation for war against Iran or just furthering to condition and enslave the American people and Middle Eastern elites.

US Attacks are no surpise in Iraq according to Maj. Gen. James Q. Obvious

Could someone please tell the US military strategists in Iraq that it’s no easy thing to hide all the tanks, helicopters and thousands of soldiers occupying Iraq? Or, tell them that a lot of Iraqi’s just plain hate them and don’t want to see them succeed. Because it’s not surprising, to hear that US attacks are no surprise in Iraq - on so many levels.

The odds are stacked so heavily against them for starters. Every dead Iraqi. Every rape committed by an American. Every single contract given to an American corporation. All the religious reasons and all the political reasons. The US is going all-in with a 7-2 off suit [bad joke]. You get the idea though, that the Americans are fucked in Iraq and must concede the rotten imperialistic agenda spoused by the corporate elites of our time.

Even with all the Israeli wherewithal to deal with suburban warfare, the Americans will not pacify Iraq anytime in the near future. Maybe never. So why isn’t this obvious to guys n gals like Bush, Cheney and Rice? Are they blinded with arrogance or faith? Are they capable of admitting defeat? Are they even allowed to admit defeat? And so on…

Musharraf: ‘Not particularly looking for bin Laden’

In a CBS interview, Pakistan’s President Musharraf said of the war on terror [US-led, US-fed] that Pakistan is ‘not particularly looking for [bin Laden]‘. Musharraf continued by asserting that Pakistan is still ‘operating against terrorists and al Qaeda and militat Taliban. And in the process, obviously, combined, maybe we are looking for [bin Laden] also.’

So Pakistan isn’t really looking for bin Laden. And why should they be? What are the chances of ever finding bin Laden, or taking him out? Fuck, Musharraf goes so far as saying ‘maybe we are looking for [bin Laden]‘; maybe. Not that it really matters. Capturing bin Laden will only temporarily disrupt the cycle of violence between Islamic extremists and the West.

As the 60 Minutes interview took place on CBS, the New York Times was reporting a proposal to allow CIA operatives based in Afghanistan to call on direct military support for counter-terrorism operations in Pakistan. This contradicts Pakistani claims that it won’t allow the US or any nation to conduct covert military operations in its tribal areas.

So, will we see the US back away from military operations [covert or otherwise] in the tribal areas of Pakistan? Musharraf’s credibility may be reinforced if this is the case. If not, if we see the CIA operate within Pakistan’s tribal areas, we may see a spike in operations carried out by al Qaeda and Taliban sympathizers in and around Islamabad. This may especially come true if it turns out that the CIA is providing the intelligence for Pakistani counter-terrorism operatives.

Democracy is the best revenge. Oligarchy say what?

The son of Benazir Bhutto, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, quoted his mother at his first press conference. He said: ‘My mother always said democracy is the best revenge.’

Bilawal, just 19 years of age, has lived most of his life abroad. He attends Oxford in London and is learning history. Whose history is young, impressionable Bilawal learning?

For someone who has lived away from his native country and is educated in the West, it may seem adverse that he is now the chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). The PPP has been led by the Bhutto family since it’s creation in 1971 with the motto: ‘Food, shelter and clothing for all.’

Bilawal will be the third generation of the Bhutto family to lead the PPP. The title has been handed down. Which brings me back to his inaugural press conference. If democracy really is the best revenge, should a westernized 19 year-old boy be thrust into a position as chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party?

Assassination of Benazir Bhutto: A real whodunnit

Was it the butler in the library? The maid, in the kitchen? No, I’m not making light of the slain Benazir Bhutto but already the media pundits have their torches in one hand and pitch forks in the other. The witch hunt is on.

Of the accused, there isn’t a single group I can pinpoint as the culprit. And, that is definitely something I cannot say is true of the media. Right away it was al Qaeda. Then it was al Qaeda and the Taliban.

But the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), the Musharraf government and even the CIA could very well be at the centre of this assassination; this murder. None of these bastards are angels.

I’ve listened to some people remark that ’she had it coming’ and that ‘there really wasn’t anything she could do to protect herself’. Really. But what does that even mean? ’she had it coming’… I mean, that would assure American complicity in the affair because it was America [maybe Corporate America] who abetted the return of Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif. As Larry Chin put it: ‘the return of both Bhutto and Sharif has merely been an attempt by the US to hedge its regional power bets.’

In all likelihood, the general public will never know the truth. Maybe we just wouldn’t be able to understand the complexity that is truth. Is this Pakistan’s JFK?

What we can know for near certainty is that this is the continuation for the global war on terror. The previous $5.3 billion given to Musharraf may be dwarfed in wake of this assassination. But just how much will Musharraf and his possible successor(s) squander chasing enemies into caves? A real cat and mouse game in more ways than one.

Attack on Democracy

Democracy has bombed civilians and it has propped up  puppet regimes.

Democracy dropped the Atomic bomb and invaded Iraq.

Now, with the assassination of Benazir Bhutto everyone is calling this an attack on democracy. But no one is willing to explain why. Why?

I’m sorry that Benazir Bhutto was assassinated.
